Lagos Prepares for Art of Technology 5.0: Transforming the City into a Digital and Creative Hub
The fifth edition of Art Of Technology Lagos, a well-known tech ecosystem event in Nigeria, will focus on examining the harmonious fusion of creative and technology.
Olatubosun Alake, the conference convener and Lagos State Commissioner for Innovation, Science, and Technology, examined the two major elements that would influence Lagos State's future landscape as the conference in December approaches.
AOT 5.0 focuses on two pillars – “The Creative Economy” and “A Digital Lagos” where policymakers, tech enthusiasts, creatives, innovators and ecosystem leaders, shaping the future in their various fields will converge to explore the symbiotic relationship between creativity and technology”, Alake stated.
The Art of Technology Lagos curator, Victor Afolabi, continued by saying that technology, in all its manifestations, acts as a toolbox for inventors and creators, providing new venues, tools, and techniques for problem-solving and expression.
