The CAS, Air Mshl Sadique Abubakar was today honoured with the Kwane
Krunah Leadership Award by the All Africa Students Union (AASU). The
award is in recognition of his outstanding leadership disposition and
contributions to national development particularly with respect to the
fight against insurgency and restoration of peace to the North East.
Receiving the award, the CAS thanked the student body for finding him
worthy of such award, stating that it is not only an honour to him but
to the NAF, and a challenge to do more in discharging its statutory
responsibilities.
